The restaurant is dirty and feels ghetto, so I never stay inside. They never check mobile orders! Never. So you have to wait in a long line, then tell the staff about the mobile order and then still wait for your turn, even though you waited in line...so 20 minutes for the order or not at all if you don't stand in line. And even though they prioritize the drive-thru, most orders are made incorrectly (whether ordered in the drive-thru, mobile or in store). So you still end up inside if you have time and have to wait to get someone's attention to fix your order which takes forever as well. They ignore people trying to get their attention as they want you to just get back in line, but once I had my toddler with me and they messed up my drive-thru order so I started repeating myself to get help multiple times as I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes just because they made a mistake. I find that the staff often look at me blankly like they don't understand so I don't know if it's a language barrier or something. We've called managers and they just argue. We've been going here for a year consistently and we rarely leave with no issues. The staff taking orders at the window seem to never understand the order and we have to repeat multiple times, but it seems to be a struggle. Once, the volume was so low that I could not hear them taking the order- then I told the staff at the window as a heads-up but he didn't understand me at all due to a language barrier. To the staff, I'm always courteous. I know it's a busy job and showing frustration wouldn't help. But management needs to get a handle on this location-it's a total mess and doesn't seem like it belongs to the Tim...
Read moreThis is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have never had to wait 20 minutes for an ice cap, soup and sandwich with a group of 3 girls ahead buying only drinks. They were out of the buns for my sandwich and had to substitute, didn't have my flavour of soup and didn't have the jalapeño snacker I requested. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, they missed my soup all together after I agreed to a different flavour. They offered a donut, but I requested a soup and asked if I could have it for free for the wait and inconvenience and I was denied. Then today I ordered Doordash and called the store because there is no option to add ketchup or mayo to my sandwich. I said hi, I just placed a Doordarsh order and he immediately said "call doordash". I then explained my request and he assured they would be added. You guessed it, no dressings and no straw for my ice cap. Very inconvenient, when you pay 35 dollars for convenience. I am not one to discriminate, I believe in equality and am in no way trying to be rude.. but there is a serious language barrier at this location. Aswell as a lack of adequate management. Will not be returning to...
Read moreI visited this location a few days ago and went inside. I used the washroom and then stood in line. 3 people in front of me. It was probably ten minutes of waiting. It was so bad that the lady behind me was losing it and then started a conversation with me about it. We were stunned at how many people were behind the counter, and nothing was going out or been achieved. All in all, it took about 20 minutes to get 2 cold drinks. Fast forward to this morning, I went inside, spent 5 minutes explaining my order - everything bagel toasted inside and out (a seemingly foreign concept except at home where a normal toaster would toast both sides; but anyway), with egg bacon and cheese. No lettuce or tomato, so not a BELT. Thought we got it. Paid. Used the washroom, came out, and my order was waiting. Got home and found a bagel almost burned on the outside, barely toasted on the inside and missing the bacon. The drive thru is often a nightmare with how long it takes to take to process the...
