Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

I went to Tim Hortons this morning around 7:00 to buy a bagel and a coffee. The bagel with peanut butter barely had any peanut butter on it very stingy couldn't even taste the peanut butter. The coffee they didn't even make right It was supposed to be a large three sugar two cream and they put two sweeteners how does that make sense? So I went back to make a complaint. I told the manager about it and basically dismissed it and said I can remake it but at this point...

I feel like the staff at this location are all rude

They don't respect other people's time nor their job moving at a fast rate

It's absolutely unacceptable how long it just took me to get my coffee and donut there was 14 people working only one cash open I sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before I walked in and then stood there for 10 minutes I even told them they should open a second cache and they all ignored me

I usually have great service at this location. I ordered a grilled cheese panini. The cheese was not melted except on the edges, I didn't eat it, but brought it back. They were apologetic, but the server said the supervisor said that is ok, it will melt. Mine did not, the made another one with the same result again the supervisor on shift was meh. So, unfortunately, as I had to give a ride to someone I did not have time to wait. Unimpressed to...
