Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I ordered delivery and the package arrived without a safety seal. I would never eat it without the seal in place and untampered with. I spoke with the young woman who said she was the night manager at Little Caesars on 9th street , Cornwall location and she refused to give me her name and was extremely rude. She told me they have no drivers to send me a new pizza (huh??), they have no safety seals (wha??) and to call skip the dishes and hung up on me. Little Caesars Customer service Cornwall is the worst I have ever experienced since moving here. I threw the pizza away and tried to contact skip the dishes which seems to be a scam operation. Their local phone is always busy so no help there and I had to send my complaint to some online survey site. No customer service at all! I will dispute this transaction through my bank as Little Caesars sucks the bag and skip the dishes is a joke if you have a complaint. I implore you - DO NOT order Little Caesars Cornwall location delivery through skip the dishes. 0/10. ZERO stars but even with that - you can only post a bad review if you give it 1 star. $27.16 for a 12 inch pizza sent without a secure seal . . . who knows if someone wiped their snot, sneezed or put their dirty hands on my food. ] Beware!...

Terrible customer service! The worst I have ever had. Picked up pizza prepaid with the portal. Took everything out of the box. Got home and didn’t have my pizza bites. Called to inquire they said apparently I missed it out of the portal! I’m telling you there is no way I missed it. But I can’t prove that so moving on! I asked if they could credit the 4.99 to my account. Keep in mind I order from them at least twice a month! I’m a family of 6 so my orders are not small!! They refused to credit my account and said I would have to come and pick them up! Well you have lost a customer for life over 4.99$. Very very unfortunate! Further more the guy told me it happens all the time that people forget things in the portal!! Well if it happens all the time fix the problem! Put the order in a bag! Change the port look! I don’t really care but fix the problem don’t let it affect...

i remember when my school would sell there kits that you could make pizza yourself and they were soooo good! when they opened the store i was thrilled to have it all year round! until i went there, there pizzas are super expensive, the pizza isn't event hat good and if anything is just a big block of dough, they do it mostly in a square and its way too thick, never enough toppings and not to mention there dipping sauces are absolutely disgusting, they don't refrigerate the dressings and the pizzas are always cold because there made ahead of times, there dessert are the worst there as all of them taste as if they were doused with garlic! when you go in and order they constantly pester you about buying there tiny cookies which taste like the bread at church, thanks but no thanks, id rather eat...
