Just had the WORST experience and I won’t be back to this location. I often stop here when I’m travelling but will be going to make my pit stop Starbucks next door.
The woman making the food today was clearly not having a good day. I understand we all get stressed but her attitude was awful. First, she made the lady ahead of me the wrong order and then, when she did get the sandwiches right, she just threw the bag on the counter without saying anything. So this made me worried for my wrap 😬 When mine was ready, she also slapped it on the counter, and the wrapper was covered in grease. So I asked her if I could have a napkin, and again without eye contact or saying anything she slammed the napkin container on the counter.
If you get overwhelmed in service, maybe it’s best to take a break or ask for help at least. I don’t know what happened, but this experience was the worst ever. I won’t be coming back here like I said.:( I am happy that Starbucks is now opened beside them because that’s where I’m going...

The lady at the counter was new so it was a bit slower, which is fine because everyone has to start somewhere but, the staff on the sandwich counter were EXTREMELY slow and rude. I was standing there waiting for my food but the ladies cared more about talking about their weekend plans then they did about making food. The average drive thru customer seemed to be 4-5 mins (as I saw 3+ cars come through the line as I waited) and it wasn't until I spoke with the manager about what was going on did they START making my sandwich. The manager was great, she was trying to train people at the time and get stuff done but stopped to take care of the situation, she told them that customers have been waiting a long time and that they needed to focus on getting the food made; after she walked away the one girl starting laughing and snickering, she thought it was funny that customers had been waiting a long time...
Read moreProbably the worst experience I've had at a time Hortons the lady behind the counter takes my order everything seems fine but then makes my beverage wrong not a big deal she was polite and fixed it for me she was not the problem, it's when I go to the breakfast counter to get my 2 sausage breakfast wraps is where the problem was, patiently waiting the guy behind the counter says sausage breakfast wrap and a farmers wrap to me, I said I ordered 2 sausage wraps not a farmers him and the girl beside him said that's what I ordered I repeated myself 7 times that that wasn't what I ordered till they finally made it right, just to go to eat my wraps to see that there fallen apart not even rolled really, I love tim Hortons I only went to this one because their the only one in town that sells the chocolate toasted coconut doughnuts that my wife likes, will not be getting food...
