Earlier this month came through the drive thru at this location, at the speaker I let the gentleman on the speaker know I wanted a correction made on my iced coffee.. (did not ring anything through, said it would be fixed at the window.) At the window, the girl goes to hand me the "fixed" iced coffee and asks for the one made wrong to be handed to her.. I hand it off, and she goes to give me the "fixed" one and I can visibly see that it did not have the beverage base in it (I know because I order it black, with the beverage base.) I ask her to add the base in, and some other girl appears saying if I wanted base, the one I had before was made right..(It wasn't- I tasted it, and it was filled with grinds) Not sure where there's an argument about it anyways??? They both close the window, and when she reappears it "looks" like it had base added to it... I get home, and taste it only to realize once again it was made wrong. HOW? I explained it multiple times in this interaction between the speaker and window... The staff was incompetent, and rude. When we questioned about the remainder we were asked what was missing and they gave us our remaining items. When I opened my sandwich all the meat was piled together at one end of the sandwich. Over half the sandwich had no meat. When I called to talk to a manager she proceeded to talk over me at almost every chance she got and told me that's how they make their sandwiches and I should be grateful because I got part of my order for free. That to which I know nothing about but anyways. I have never had to remake a sandwich after I ordering it let alone be told that that's acceptable. At no point did the manager accept responsibility all she did was make up excuses of how that how things are done. She made me feel as though I had done something wrong. That I was in the wrong???? Read moreI wanted to use the points in my Tim's app for getting a coffee, asked the order taker, she activated it but after scanning their system did not waved the price. The other staff came, she checked the points, I had much more points than what was required for a coffee, they tried again, and did not work, then told me because they have tried twice, then the app will not work ( the app seems to be working fine) and I have to pay and not use the points. The point is not the price of a coffee, but the cheap management, if your system does not work with that app why you promote it? If your staff are not trained to use the app, train them. Finally it is your fault, and at least you should have offered the free coffee, which I believe if I were in another branch, they would. Terrible management, stop by other branches.
