Every order is wrong. Whether it’s the coffee, mocha, sandwich, bagel, breakfast sandwiches - it’s always done wrong or wrong item given. Asked for simply sausage. Was charged for the classic with egg and given egg. Can’t eat it as there’s egg on it. The rep said it always has egg on it. No it doesn’t. Simply doesn’t. Didn’t get refund for being charged for wrong item but was given a simply sausage. Guess what? It also had egg on it. Go back again and say no, I want a refund. Was told already got the replacement so done. Omg! Anyways, fiance gets a sandwich last night, cut and not toasted. Guess what? It’s not cut & it’s toasted - but like a burnt around the edges toasted & can’t eat it. Called, no answer even though it’s open & is 24/7. I’m just so sick of this one. Read moreThe speaker system in the drive-thru is very difficult to hear. When trucks are going down the road or pulling in the lot it's next to impossible. Coming out of the drive-thru, it is absolute chaos to get through the Canadian Tire parking lot and back to the road. The few times I've been there, there's always a fenced off area for outdoor shopping areas and displays that cut across the lanes to drive as well as the parking spots.
