Subway — Restaurant in Oshawa

Worst experience I’ve had in a fast food chain and I didn’t even get any food. I walked in with my three year old daughter who had to pee. We were the only customers in the store. The women’s room was locked. I said “oh we have to wait.” The employee heard this. She also heard me say for the next few minutes “we have to wait honey” to my daughter who was complaining of having to go. Eventually I asked if someone was in there. The staff member told me “oh no, we got locked out and don’t have a key. You can use the men’s room.” She definitely could have let me know we were waiting for no reason. I took my daughter into the men’s room as no one else was there and she really to go. There was urine ALL OVER the toilet seat. Too much that I couldn’t wipe it on my own. Very gross. I went out and asked the same staff member if she had any cleaning products for the toilet and she shook her head and didn’t even answer me. I walked right out. I dont know what happened but I went into subway yesterday and bought four sandwiches its usually very good but yesterday was just awful we couldn't believe it . Terrible staff with attitude problems Everything was dirty They oversalted the sandwich and absolutely drenched it in sauce. I was robbed of my money as I had to throw out the food.
