Wild Wing — Restaurant in Oshawa

Came here to watch a hockey game of a friends family We got there at 3:45, had to find a dirty table to sit at and waiting until 4:25 until someone from my table finally got up and asked if our tables order could be taken, they then said yes and we had to wait another 15 minutes as a table that came in way after us got service first. She took our order, and then we weren’t spoken to until our food came much later. our order wasn’t too large as we had 1 app, 2 poutines, and a triple wing meal. the wing meal wasn’t given vegetables and when we asked for them, they brought a plate with 2 sticks of carrot, and 2 sticks of celery. one of the poutines hadn’t come out so when i asked about it, i said i don’t have my food. the waitress looked at me and said “no. it’s done. just coming” i then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for COLD food. while waiting for my order, i went to the bar to order a drink. i stood there for 20 minutes with the waitresses standing chatting in front of me, then the manager coming in and chatting with them in front of me, while they all looked at me at some point and just didn’t have the time for me i guess? The manager then told one of the girls to serve me, she said okay, he walked away, and then i still had to wait another 5 minutes for her to come take my order. probably the worst experience i’ve had at any restaurant....

I have no expectations of prompt service when I come here; however, I was here for an hour and a half and literally was not able to get an order in.

It took them over an hour to clear the table I was sitting at which still had the last tables cups and such on it and when she did I asked for a menu, then she proceeded to walk away before I could order and literally never came back even though I saw the waitress walk past my table a few times and was unsuccessful at getting her attention. Another person seated in the same section walked up to the bar and waited for their order. I'm here to watch a game not the staff...

Don't bother trying to get service here. I get that this is at an arena. I don't expect the same level of service I would get at a regular restaurant location.... however during our visit we were told to sit anywhere, 35 minutes later and I watched two different servers walk past our table 5 times without any acknowledgment... so I went up to the "bar" to order and was told they would come over to the table to take our order. 20 minutes later and we still had not been served. Not even drinks. That is unacceptable. I watched 3 tables get served before us and after almost an...
