This tim hortons used to be great. There were some sweet mature ladies working in the morning and the food was always fresh hot and the service sweet and courteous. They may have taken a couple minutes but it was never a long wait.
Now when I go through here I am consistently disappointed and frustrated. I always order the same thing, large dark roast, simply sausage on an english muffin and a muffin. The simply sausage is ALWAYS untoasted, soft and cold, the cheese is cold and the sausage barely room temperature. The coffee is often dilute and luke warm. The food and coffee is fired at me with such rude forceful gestures you'd swear there was a line up of 100 behind me when there is literally no reason for this kind of rush. Yes I get my order within 15 seconds of reaching the window but this is of no value when the result is absolutely terrible. It's okay to take one minute to actually provide what's being paid for rather than striving for some kind of short wait award or whatever is motivating this behaviour.
The priority at this location is speed and nothing else. There is one polite drive thru person that takes the order but the person at the window just throws the food at you and closes the window. If I have any other option on my route I avoid this location...

Took a couple bites out of my bagel and could barely taste any cream cheese. So I pulled the remaining half apart and found a bit plugging the bagel hole and almost nothing on the bagel. Went in to complain and the managers response was shocking. She marched to the counter all wide eyed and upset. Said IS THIS YOUR BAGEL? in a very condescending tone loud enough for everyone around the area to hear . . Then proceeded to tell me that all of the cream cheese portions are pre measured out . Plus because I had eaten half of the bagel she would not replace it . Honestly I had no idea faulty produce directly out of her remittance. So I guess I am expected to disassemble my food items before consuming them to ensure they are made properly? Read moreCouldn't understand the person on the speaker at the drive-thru due to a thick accent and bad equipment. That staff member should be on the takeout window and not on the loudspeaker. Repeated order to him several times. When we finally got to the takeout window and paid, staff weren't friendly and barely communicated with us. There were 2 or 3 staff on the window and they just shoved bags and drinks at us. And our entire order wrong! They gave us items we didn't even order and shorted us on items that we did order. When we explained the situation at the window the staff didn't apologize or explain. They just shoved the new bags at drinks at us like they didn't care and just wanted to move on to the next customer. They all seemed like they hate their jobs. It was horrible service!
