This family owned "Chip wagon" could be called a gourmet foodie favorite for those who love pierogies made by hand with care and served deliciously to perfection every time. Not to mention the excellent and super friendly service from all generations of the family who greet you smiling every visit and make the best fries in town, as you like them. Bravo to you surviving COVID, major construction on Bank Street and Mitch Owens, and because of you and your superior quality products, people return and when new people find you, they do what I do, go out of my way to get my fix from you as often as possible....

I’ve been keeping my eye on Eva’s for over a year…waiting for the perfect time to grab a bite. And my only regret is not coming to eat here sooner. Perogie poutine…a great size, delicious taste and cooked to perfection! Tucked off of Bank street, Eva’s chip wagon is a little piece of heaven. You will be greeted with smiles, kindness, and the delicious smell of whatever the heck they are cooking up that day! If you haven’t started driving there by now, what are you waiting for?

Stopped here mid afternoon. Quick and friendly service. Poutine was top tier with a mix of crispy and soft well cooked fries. Curd cheese and tasty gravy. Cheese right to the bottom. We chose to take a seat and they delivered the food to our table. Lots of shaded and sunny spots to sit at. Highly recommend, price was very reasonable. We even got snuggles from a local friend.

Found this cozy little gem by accident! Was just driving by and saw multiple cars parked, pulled over and checked their wonderful Google reviews and decided to try it. So glad that I did as my family loved the Burgers. You could truly taste the difference that local and fresh Beef makes!!! 5 stars in quality and cleanliness. If I could I would add another 5 stars for their service as they went out of their way to ensure that I left with the items I wanted to try although it was very close to closing time and they were mostly sold out!!! I hear that cabbage rolls and pirogies are absolutely scrumptious as well and are on the list to try next time. Thanks again to Eva’s Chip Wagon team for wonderful hospitality and...

Amazing food. Amazing staff. Can’t say enough amazing things about this place! The food is absolutely delicious, they freshly cut there own potatoes every morning you can even sometimes catch a glimpse of the grandparents washing, peeling and cutting them in the mornings always with big contagious smiles. The gentleman and woman on cash always have a smile and are so friendly! Everything here is homemade with so much love and you can just tell! This will always be my go too spot for homemade all around good food. Amazing fries, burgers, perogies, cabbage rolls, schnitzels and so much more! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If your having a bad day they’ll always make you smile along with...
