Milano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ottawa

Called weeks in advance as I was having my daughter's party down the road and wanted food for 11am. Spoke to the front desk and they assured us it would be no problem. Called the day before the party and again told no problem, will be ready for 11am.... Day of the party, the employee didn't show up until AFTER 11am. Very apologetic but again this was planned in advance. Offered a few free drinks to make up for it but that doesn't help that I have a bunch of kids waiting for food and parents coming for pick up soon. Ordered online, and it wasn't ready until half hour after the time it said it would be ready. The lady could barely speak english, let alone figure out which order was mine. Food is fine, but please cancel out the tip option when I pick up a pizza, I'd be more inclined to order from you rather than the other 2 options in town if you did..
