I stop by the store every morning at 6am at opening and the store manager always greets me with a warm hello is amazingly friendly remembering my order sometimes before I have a chance to say Large 2 Cream and 3 Sweetener. Even in the evening on my way home when I stop in for a small the staff are always warm and friendly which speaks to the leadership of this location. It’s a gas station Tim Horton…. So sometimes it’s not stocked like a full restaurant, or sometimes the doughnuts are stale… it is what it is and people have to reconsider their expectations. However, every afternoon when I stop for my afternoon coffee, the red headed customer service lady always greets me with a smile, she always brightens up my day and makes me feel seen and heard… a real human connection, and I for one, appreciate this amazing person...

So I ordered drive-thru, and got onto Lorry Greenberg, lit my morning cigarette to go with my morning coffee and realized they gave me the wrong donuts….no problem mistakes happen. I go in the store to get it corrected, and an employee takes them and puts them back in the display and gives me my donuts. Standards have gone completely, sorry to the person who gets the donuts who left the store and are now back...
