Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Parksville

Absolutely horrible customer service, I rarely go in to pick up my order, I usually get delivery but i am extremely grateful I went into pick up my order this time, atleast in away.

I woulded in at between 6Pm and 6:30pm, And I had ordered my pizza over the phone I asked for a panourmous Meat lovers. I was told this was 12$ over the 4 and she verified my order 4 times back to me because I was surprised at the price.

When I got in they handed me a Meatlovers, Panlicious. I was really frustrated, but waited for what was to happen next. They refused to remake my pizza or do the proper customer service thing which was pay for their mistake, Instead they made me pay an additional 12$, + Only remade half my pizza and blatantly refused to rebox it. I didn't find out till I got home that I still only had the panlicious and half the panourmous.

While I was in the store the Manager and Assistant manager where honestly crazy, the assistant manager screamed at me for several minutes claiming that my request to be "More considerate in the future" was verbal abuse and "According to covid 19 policy you CANNOT verbally abuse staff" She demanded I leave the store, and hurried her trainees away from me. A lot more was said, there was a lot of her screaming at me saying really inappropriate and unprofessional things.

I CANNOT Recommend this store, I use to regular and I never will again. I would rather drive to Nanaimo to get pizza. I am extremely shaken up and feel verbally abused by this store and will be filing an official report should I not hear from their head office. I honestly feel bad for...

Well I should have checked the reviews before I ordered, so it's my fault for buying from this location. Ordered chicken wings and chicken bites. Sauce on the side, honey garlic. Pick up the wings and ask where the side sauce is. She said it was in the packages. Get home, both wings and bites covered in hot sauce. Great. Phone up location and explain to the lady what happened. She wanted me to drive back but I was home for night. I know, amazing, some people want to actually be able to relax after work. The lady said she would leave a note so I could pick up some the next day. She took my name. Went in, lady at the front desk was very kind, but couldn't find anything about the order. She asked for the receipt which I didn't have. She said "Well, I guess I'll have to take it on faith." I ask for the same order. Get home, chicken drowning in sauce. I didn't check, again. For all intents and purposes, this place is dead to me. And if you have any other choice, do yourself a favor...

So we ordered some pizzas for takeout. One was cheddar bacon ranch. And the other was pepperoni cheese and bacon crumble. First pizza had about 3 slices of bacon buried underneath the cheese. Throughout the entire pizza. Second pizza was literally just cheese. Spent the next hour and a half trying to call pizza hut about it. Employees simply kept letting it ring and not answering. Finally we decided to just go there. The employee argued with me saying it was just underneath the cheese. So we pulled all the topping off in front of him to show him that there was nothing underneath the cheese. He angrily asked me whether he should make it again? I said I don't know. Because I was unsure how to proceed whether we should just get our money back. He said he would remake it give him 15 mins. He then remade them and we left. Probably won't order from here again for...
