Subway — Restaurant in Parksville

Extremely disappointed in the way this subway is being run. Stopped in there recently and ordered a foot long. When it came time to put the toppings on the young indo-Canadian girl put very little on. When I asked for onion she barely sprinkled 4 little pieces of onion across the entire foot long. I had to ask her over and over again to put more toppings on, and had to repeat myself over and over again. My message to the owner here, you are losing customers by being cheap. Stop it! Stop ripping your customers off. I know what you are doing. You think by skimping on ingredients it will save you costs on expenses for toppings. What good is skimping on toppings if you discourage customers from returning to your store. ...

Proffesional, efficient, capable, THESE are the words i think of when i think of this subway. What's obvious right off the bat is how hardworking this staff truely is, my last visit i had the server waverly and immediately she made my satisfaction priority number one and made sure that i had completely enjoyed every minute of trip. Practically every member of this team gives there all when it comes to your sandwich needs and you can practically hear the themesong from rocky playing in the background as these devoted hardworking sandwhich makers make your life all the tastier and if you get waverly get ready for one of the best sandwiches...

Very disappointed. We usually lunch at your place and do frequently visit. Ordered 3 footlongs and JOJO maid it for us. He was a trainee. I think trainee should be made learnt on smaller orders. He took exceptionally longer and could make it right. Others were trying to help but i think he refused and continued to do it. Later while grilling the stuff from inside fell out and was just put again into it picked up from the oven. Neither the subways were cut nicely from centre. Also the bread got crumbled to one side due to mishandling and then while eating made it super difficult. Extremely...
