Kim — Restaurant in Perth-Andover

I usually love Kim's but tonight I called in an order for combos #4 & 6. I asked if I could get extra chicken balls with the #4. I was asked if I still wanted the ribs to and I said yes. A few minutes later I called in to add a #1 combo (chicken balls/rice) to my order. When I arrived to pick it up, the #1 want in the order. I was told it works only be a few minutes and the waitress would ask them to put a rush on it because she forgot. I waited longer than I did for the original order. When I got home, my #4 combo had no ribs & 6 chicken balls. The #1 combo had 8 chicken balls and cost less. I called to tell them that there were no ribs in my combo and that I felt unfair to have paid more for getting the same thing as a combo 1 with less in it despite having asked for extra. This has to be the BEST North American Chinese Cuisine I have EVER had in my life.

Chicken fried rice is the only Chicken fried rice I have had where the chicken is not dry. it's actually nice and moist, very fresh.

Beef with Broccoli is very subtle compared to most North American Chinese Cuisine's in Canada. The flavours are still there but it's not strong where you can only taste sauce.

Ribs were fantastically cooked, not dry at all, had a lot of nice flavours.

I give one star because you can’t give zero. I tried this after reading reviews, extremely disappointing, food is blah, food is very dry, and way over priced! I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here!
