Subway — Restaurant in Perth-Andover

The two young ladies who work on the weekends need to be trained better! I'm all for "fast food" but these two literally throw the subs together so when you open the wrap it looks like a dog's breakfast. There is NEVER any meatballs, potato rings or soup when they are there and if you ask for them they act as though you're being unreasonable by expecting them to have these menu items. I'm not sure if the ginger is half deaf but she yells everything she says and tries to use her "cutsie" voice which is so irritating! There used to be a super nice lady in on the weekends but we don't see her there anymore which is definitely going to limit our visits to the store because at least when she was there our subs were...

Walked out without our sandwich after waiting for an unreasonable amount of time for the sandwich to be made. There was a poor girl In training that was doing her best and the other workers were not helping her at all. She had 5 sandwiches lined up behind her while one lady stood at cash and the other one was complaining about bread not being flipped. I feel terrible for the poor girl in training. That is not how you train someone. I've worked 5 years at subway and that was terrible service. Also.. customers are normally served ahead of bread being flipped in a pan. It wasn't that busy. So disappointing and embarrassing. Ya don't leave a trainee to figure it...

i used to come in all the time, but one of the older ladies started doing the later shifts, she is very stingey on the portions. you ask for anything on your sub she does half a serving. I've come in a few times when shewas working and just walked back out the door cause she does not care, she basically gives you a piece of bread and charges you for a sandwich that's how bad it is.

asked for lettuce? here's just one little tiny leaf i picked out of the diced lettuce. asked for cucumber? yea here's just a single slice.
