Always pass through in between 8-10pm on my way north the staff is always excellent when it comes to my order when I go n get my lrge coffee with my turkey club I feel bad for them workers. Having to tell me sorry so they can deal with drive thru, or sorry they have very little bake goods or no bread but they always accommodate me and the lady makes amazing sandwiches with what she has I think I have pictures of clubs I had in the past you can tell she puts effort into her job. hence my review I can tell there just doing the best they can especially wen you can only see one worker doing drive through inside customers and making the food them workers deserve respect and recognition that’s why o give a 3 stars because from my experience as a young man in service you need enough boots on the ground to have a cohesive workplace with happy motivated workers, n it bothers me to see the people get snippy and cussing at them for having to wait or not having stuff when it’s only 2 people at best with quadruple the customers . Terrible manager! I had two orders and the girl who waited on me was super polite and patient under pressure at lunch rush. I ordered a simple order, but after the manager started making it she told me I couldn't have it cuz the guy waiting for his order should of been first (not sure how) but then she proceeded to try and give him my order when he said it's not his, so she left it there on another counter, ignoring me and her staff. I finally got my order them she proceeded to harass the employee as I was trying to get something missing from my order and I had to tell her to stop because I was asking her to check for me, I ended up just paying again for a hash brown so she would stop, and after that she tried to argue with me so I had to tell her that's not how a manger acts and treats people. She walked away and told her employee to let her do her job.... I was mind blown as I have 8 years in fast food and management. Herman needs to take aside and spoken with or fired as I've heard lots about her but this was my first encounter... Terrible to have someone in that position acting like that and treating...

My experience is extremely bad there, and I believe I met racist staff there. I arrived there at around 9:30 pm, and I and my child were left waiting there for a long time without anyone taking my order. There were 4 staff working. I asked if someone could help order coffee, but no one answered me. They walked around in front of me but blind to my words. I asked why I was asked to wait so long, and one lady told me if I don’t want to order here, I can leave. My order for one large ice coffee is $3.2, I gave $4 and immediately 20 cents, but I was given around 80 cents exchange without taking my 20 cents. That staff said I gave $4 first and then 20 cents, so she did not take it. It’s so ridiculous. That lady repeated if I don’t want to order here, I can leave. I believe she did it on purpose. I did not leave and sat in my car for a long time, and all the others were served quickly. I believe they were doing racism to me. Does anyone know how can I complain about and escalate this?
