Wednesday dec 12th around 8pm decided to go to the tim hortons in the hospital while visiting a family member to grab a sandwich to help them feel better, after paying for my order I was told they didnt have the meat I ordered, so I agreed on a different sandwich. Seconds later she comes back and says they have no more bread, and asked if I wanted it on a bagel or croissant, so I agreed to the croissant. It is pretty amazing how the restaurant staff came up with a quick fix to solve the overload of customers.
These are the people who should be celebrated.
One person started writing all orders from the halfway inline until the cash register person completes the order of the first half in line.
I was probably 20th in line and reached to the cash register to pay in less than a minute whereby the time my transaction completes my coffee was waiting for me.

The staff was not hygienic at all, lady counting her cash and licking her fingers to do so, this is a hospital environment, then she severs customers and touches food. You man is chewing his nails and spitting them on the floor. There is so much wrong here. No professionalism at all, more interested in finishing for the night then serving customers.
