I ordered over the phone. The man asked me questions but wouldn't let me answer, like what's my phone number. I would start and he would interrupt me. Same with my address. Then after that struggle he just said really rudely what do you want. I placed my order. He gave me the total and said it will be 30 to 40 min and hung up. The delivery driver was also rude. He didn't get out of his car until I had walked up to it. As he was handing me the food his phone rang and he put my food down on the ground to answer it. He had to get back in his car for the change. It all made me feel very uncomfortable. I opened everything to start serving my family. One of this dishes was wrong and one was missing all together. I called them back and the same guy answered. He asked for my phone number then interrupted me to ask for my address instead. I told him that I was missing an item and he said oh what did you order. So I had to repeat my entire order to him. ( I would think they would have some kind of record). Finally he says OK so your missing your chop suey...I again say yes. And he says and what do you want me to do. I have already sent out the driver. I tell him yes iv gotten my order but this was missing. And he said what you want me to send out more. This is beyond infuriating. I told him I want what I paid for. He saus with a sigh. Fine I'll send it out with the driver. And hangs up. An hour later it still hasn't arrived. So i call back. And the order starts again. Finally the driver arrives and he again doesn't get out of his car. This was the worst experience iv had with fast food of any kind. I will never order from them again...
Read moreThe food is always ready for pick-up in 15 to 20 minutes and is hot. We have tried a lot of their menu, the combos are the best deal, the chicken balls (sweet and sour chicken) are the best, the chicken chop suey is delicious, lots of chicken and mushrooms but I sure wish they would offer an option with noodles in it, the C6 combo is a favorite and is enough for 2 people who are starving. The egg rolls would be better in a less heavy wrap but still good. I like the BBQ pork ribs but they are hit and miss and way overpriced and sometimes they hardly have any meat on them and are dry, but sometimes they are meaty and delicious (but still way overpriced). I won't order any pork as they cook it until it's so dry you can't chew it. Their pepper beef is very good as well as the veggie dishes. We ordered just an order of chicken fried rice once to go with something at home and it cost almost $12 and barely had a scrap of chicken or anything in it. The hot and sour soup is amazing (ask for less hot unless you like to burn). The lady at the counter acts like you asked her for $20 if you ask for extra soya sauce or plum sauce (and I ALWAYS tip) and never smiles but they've never messed up my order so whatever. It's pretty good if you know what to order. Oh, and the vegetarian combo has noodles but they put a smoke flavour in it that I'm not sold on. It's good, cheap, fast and...

3 times in a row where sauce is missing!
The chicken fried rice is actually good (in most Chinese food places the rice isn't great, this one has good rice)
For example: egg rolls?(ordered egg roll, looks and tastes like a bigger Spring roll) with no sauce, lemon chicken with no sauce (inedible), sweet and sour chicken with minimal sauce (barely edible as a result)
For the price, it's still worth it, but if you are looking for good quality, always check your order:.... make sure there is sauce when there is supposed to be... and enough of it to be reasonable
Quality would be excellent if they made sure every order has the sauces they are supposed to come with, and enough of it to keep...
