This is perhaps the worst Tim's ever and the experience was well documented with their head office. I am now posting this as promised because nobody did anything about the situation. You should avoid this place as they allow extremely rude employees to work there. Here is the summary. Sept.30th about 12:08. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches.
The woman who was serving me was wearing an orange t-shirt, a bit overweight, and was probably in her late 50's or 60's. That is my only description, like it or not. I am sure they have cameras in the drive thru.
She handed the food out (2 breakfast sandwiches) but no bag and no napkins. (Use my sleeve for a napkin?) When I asked for a bag, she gave me a blank stare and I had to ask a few times. She informed me "we don't give bags" and I challenged her because your locations 100% put food in bags...and give napkins! She claimed "I've been here for 15 years and I've never seen it. We're not supposed to." Then she says "I'm having a bad week" (like I'm supposed to give her a pass with the "aw come on buddy" thing). When I insisted, she huffed, went back to get a bag and napkins and returned yelling "here, you sure can make a person feel sh*tty, you jerk!"
There is no way this person should ever work in a drive thru or in front of the public with this poor attitude and mouth. I called head office and they said she was 100% wrong. You can imagine having your food rolling around on the front seat of your car otherwise. Head office said it was escalated but I heard nothing. I did manage to contact the district manager who said he would take it up with the store. However, do yourself a favour and avoid this store. Other Tim's stores don't do things this way and are far nicer. No argument over a bag! I will remove this review once I receive an apology and know that this employee is gone, although this review should probably remain up regardless. Nobody should be spoken to this way for asking for a bag and napkins. Also, letting an employee do this in front of other team members makes for a pretty lousy company culture, and I am pretty damn sure Tim's doesn't allow this!! You're in the quick service food business. If someone needs something, it's for a reason!

Read moreI had a wonderful experience at this branch of Tim Hortons thanks to the very kind manager. I had accidentally left my bag behind (which contained a number of valuable and sentimental items), and by the time I realised I was a 3 hour drive away, it was incredibly stressful. When I rang the store, the female member of staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They had already found and retained the bag and were very reassuring that it would be kept safe and marked for the attention of the manager.
The next day I rang and spoke to the Manager, Sarah, she knew all about the bag having been left a note by her colleague. Sarah was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was hoping to arrange a courier to collect and deliver the bag to me, but I appreciated that packaging up an item and giving it to a courier isn't necessarily part of their role but Sarah was only too happy to help. We kept in touch via email and calls while I made the arrangements. Her friendly and personable manner really made a difference in a very difficult situation. She packaged the bag up securely and left instructions for her colleague to hand it to the courier in her absence. The bag arrived safely and with everything inside.
I am sincerely grateful to the staff at the store for safely recovering the bag and keeping it safe and to Sarah for going beyond the realms of her usual job description and also being so kind.
This level of customer service not only reflects well on the store but such a personal touch is important to brand reputation for a large company such as...

I came here in the morning after a rough start to my day to grab some breakfast as I ran out of time to eat at home. I was served by Daryl and he was super friendly and offered me comprehensive recommendations to help me figure out what I wanted as I was indecisive.
Overall this is a great, for the most part clean location full of friendly hard working people who really seem to care for your order. Unlike other locations where you might (like me) order a sandwich and receive a bread and toppings salad from grumpy workers.
In conclusion; this is a nice location with a great atmosphere and it stands out from most others. One minor improvement could be made by simply keeping a closer eye on tables to be bussed as I have on a couple occasions; gone in and found a couple tables with some drops of coffee, etc. Not a major problem but something to keep in mind. Anyways someone get that man a raise, he...
