We discovered this gem about 4 years ago when I believe it was called Honey and Spice. I was a bit worried under new management and a new name that the food and friendliness of staff may have suffered. I had nothing to be concerned about. Everything I have tried from here is great. Trish is an amazing baker who Really listens to her customers. I put in a custom order of raisin buns, but I think will be a winner for her business. The idea came from a bakery in Quebec and not to my surprise….The buns were better, more fluffy and super flavourful. They’re great with tea or coffee warmed up in the toaster oven with real butter, well I’m gonna hit the kitchen for another one...

Popped in over the weekend and I highly recommend their Brown Bread and 'Milky Moments' cookies. They are to die for!! I believe they are a short bread with vanilla (maybe butter cream?) frosting on top. So buttery and smooth, almost like a cross between a cupcake and a shortbread cookie when you bite into them that's how good they are! 10/10 going to...
