I have not even had a chance to finish my meal, but I had to get on here to share what HORRIBLE service I was given. Earlier this evening I called to see if delivery is offered, and to inquire about the specials. From the very beginning of the call, the worker who answered did not have a great tone, but I didn't acknowledge that. When asked about the specials, I was given 2 different options. After we went through them and I was trying to decide, my sister then came to tell me of a special that she has seen advertised. When I mentioned ut he said that that was correct. So apparently, there was a 3rd special that he had not mentioned. Obviously, When going through these options I was also comparing the amount of food with the price. When comparing, I realized that these specials were not special at all, as they were almost, if not exactly, the same price if I ordered the items separately. I asked him about this, as the entire point of a special is to receive a deal outside the regular prices. Instead of just answering me and explaing why or even just saying that it was out of his hands, he said "Whatever you want, ma'am" in a very impolite tone. He made it very obvious throughout the call that he was frustrated at how many questions I was asking. Finally I ordered and was told when to expect it.
Now, the delivery took some time, but the phone call had already been forgotten and I was happy to receive my food. Upon opening the pizza, I realized that the pizza WAS NOT SLICED?? Who delivers an unsliced pizza?? Cutting a pizza can be so very frustrating, hence why having it sliced is part of the convenience that people pay for. We called in to complain about it, as this obviously isn't right. The worker, same person i spoke to before I believe, was so very rude, and said that there was nothing that could be done about it. His tone upset us, and so we insisted that no, they needed to do something to rectify it. He responded, in a very rude tone once again, saying that all they could do is have a new pizza delivered, but we'd need to return the one we had received. Meaning, due to their horrible service, we would have to wait up to another hour just to eat. The most upsetting thing about all of this was his TONE. He spoke to us as if we were not worth his time at all. And when I told him that I've never received such horrible service anywhere before, especially not at a pozza place, he kept telling me that they give wonderful service and that they 'only have excellent reviews' and things along those lines.
He did not try to help the situation at all, in fact when I was explaining what was upsetting, he wouldn't let me speak, talking over me, insisting on their wonderful service, telling me to read the reviews. As someone who works customer service, I was simply appalled. I have never really been one to leave bad reviews, certainly not such long ones, but I've also never been spoken to so rudely by a representative at a place where I am looking to purchase something.
So here I am, leaving a review so that anyone looking for a delicious pizza knows not to order from here. Even if the pizza was good, the service really ruins the taste. Honestly, the way I was spoken to trymy felt as if he was trying to signal to me that I wasn't worth his time for whatever reason.

On Feb 14th I ordered a pizza. It was wrong. They Did not follow the simple instructions on ordering. Pizza not properly cooked still raw dough under the toppings
Got a call 8 days later from the location, After putting multiple requests through their chat system after being told 48 hours turn around on a response
The first time they called to said I will get a refund if I come in store. 10 minutes later they called me back and say no they can only do a credit now the "manager" was told by the owner... even though they made the mistakes and I threw the pizza out because it was not edible.
Called into their call center and put in a complaint again. Was told by a supervisor she spoke to the location and I will get a call back by Saturday 22nd latest.
I just again placed a complaint Feb 23rd for once again not getting a call back.
If you want an infuriating experience with a pizza location that couldn't care less about their customer this is the 1 for you.

I tried a half-and-half pizza with two different toppings. One side had classic pepperoni and jalapeños — the perfect combo if you love a bit of spicy kick with your savory, cheesy bites. The other side had beef with green peppers and onions, giving it a more hearty, almost “steak and cheese” flavor that was super satisfying.
The crust was golden and had a nice chew, and the cheese was perfectly melted and stretchy. The toppings were fresh, generously spread, and full of flavor.
I also appreciated the signature pepperoncini on the side — a fun, zesty bonus that I always look forward to with Papa John’s pizzas.
Service was quick, and the pizza arrived hot and ready to eat. Overall, it made for a perfect comfort food night.
