On Thursday, January 11th at approximately 7:50am I went into the Tim Hortons in Pictou and ordered the 12 take out coffee and 12 muffins. I asked if I could pick them up on Friday, January 12th at 7:50 am. The lady at the cash wrote everything down. I even called back Thursday evening around 6 pm to double check everything and the person I was speaking with said they would be ready tomorrow morning. On Friday morning around 7:50 I went into Tim Hortons and said I had an order ready. The man ta the cash said he didn't see anything and asked a female co workers and she said she was not aware of any orders. The lady who took the order on Thursday was present and I said that you took my order yesterday and she said she didn't remember writing down anything. They said they could fill the coffee and muffins but it would take around 20 mins. The reason I ordered everything the day before is that I didn't have time to wait the morning of. I left the store very disappointed and upset. I wanted to purchase coffee and muffins for some of my staff. When I got to work I wrote an email exactly like this to customer support and I have yet to receive a reply. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now, as there is a McDonald's across the street. This is not the first time this Tim's has gotten my order incorrect. I have ordered tea a few times and received a coffee and most times my cup is only half filled.

Read moreSpent several minutes waiting at the empty drive thru before getting to place an order. I finally get to order (three coffees) I pay and get handed two coffees. I explain that they got the order wrong (as the only car in the drive thru, go figure) she spent several minutes on the till trying to figure out how to charge me the differance. I pay a second time, even though it was their mess up. I then, again, get handed the wrong coffees. I explain again what the three coffees I wanted were and she (I'm assuming the manager as she was called over to correct the error on the till) rolls her eyes at me, sighs and go on to remake the coffees. Two triple triples and one regular. Took me over ten minutes and a lot of extra work just to get my correct order of three coffees. Read moreI’ve visited many Tim Hortons locations, but unfortunately, this one fell short. I started by ordering at the self-serve kiosk, only to find out later that the item I selected wasn’t actually available — a frustrating and easily avoidable issue. After waiting a while for my order, I noticed the food display was in poor condition: several lights were out or burnt, and the case was messy, with pastries that had fallen to the bottom.
To make things worse, there was a machine — possibly used to keep food warm — that emitted an extremely loud buzzing noise at regular intervals. It was so disruptive that it was hard to hold a conversation in the dining area.
