McDonald's — Restaurant in Plessisville

This was the first time we used the McDonald's app, and it was excellent! Super easy and intuitive to use. We were driving through Quebec on our way to Ontario so thought it would be easiest to order through the app so we didn't have a language barrier. After waiting over 15 minutes in the curbside pickup spot, I went inside to see what the issue was. At the time, there was no one in the drive thru or the restaurant so the wait seemed a bit excessive. Unfortunately none of the staff spoke English and my French isnt strong either. So I went back out to the car. We ended up waiting over 20 minutes. When we got our food, my husband's breakfast was very tasty he said; however, my tea was made incorrectly, and my hashbrown was so greasy it nearly went through the bottom of the bag. My breakfast sandwich was great though. Overall not our best experience, but we will definitely be using...

30 min for a coffee, this is the last time I wait to get something at this McDonald. Every time the wait is horrible. We dropped out of line various time before paying anything, but this time, there was no one when I arrived. Asked for my coffee and people started entering. They then told me the machine was autocleaning and I'd have to wait 6 min. 15 min later, I ask the Ça huer how much longer to get a simple cappuccino? She then asks me: "why, is it like really important to you?" I answered that I paid for it and she then disappeared. It's now been probably 5 times that we stopped there in the past 6 months and it is always an awefull wait. It's unfortunate because it is the only relatively not bad coffee option...

J'ai toujours des problèmes a ce mcdonald.

Premiere fois durant la promo des fêtes , a l'achat d'une carte cadeau on recoit un coupon pour un burger gratuit. J'ai fais la commande en ligne et j'ai selectionné la carte cadeau que je n'ai pas recu. On ma dit que ca avait été annulé car ca fonctionnait pas mais jai quand meme été chargé. Apres avoir attendu voir si le remboursement se ferait sur ma carte, jai du y retourner pour quon me donne finalement une carte cadeau que javais deja payé (pourquoi ne pas l'Avoir donner direct rendu la ? )

et la les 2 dernieres fois que je suis aller pour des mccrêpes je n'Ai pas recu la bonne chose. une fois un mccrepes normal au lieu du suprême, et aujourdhui au lieu du mccrepes et un burrito jai recu des mcmuffins.

J'étais en route quand je me suis rendu compte de l'Erreur, bien sur la seule fois ou je ne vérifie pas mon sac c'est pas la bonne commande, et quand je reviens on m'accuse d'avoir mangé la patate alors que ce n'est pas le cas.

Anyway, meme si y'Avait eu une patate , j'ai toucher tout le repas dans le sac pour verifier si c'était a moi ou pas, j'espère qu'ils n'ont pas repasser les memes mcmuffins au client qui avait commandé ca, il attendait dans le parking #3 et j'ai entendu l'Employé mentionner cette commande quand il est venu porter le sac. Vu le temps que ca a pris je soupconne que le monsieur a recu le sac avec lequel j'étais parti et que javais toucher a chacun...
