A&W Canada — Restaurant in Port Hastings

One star is giving them credit. Food was cold and dry!! So frustrated with ANW Port Hastings! POISION STAFF. The worst customer service I have delt with in my whole life. Asked her what her name was to speak to manager and she says "and like id tell you". I said "this place is terrible" she responds"and you keep coming back" I told her im back to get my free meal because last time they sent me old food. She then sarcastically comments "yeah back in Aug". I live 1hr 20 min away. Mean while another lady is asking why she was over paid with coupons. The staffs response was" i dont make the prices , what do you want me to do about it!" when i called in to speak to management they said he was not in and hung up on me. Like WOW what a friendly spot. As a waitress who delt with public for almost 15 years have never been treated or spoke to like i was today. I literally left in tears I was so flustered. The manager lady that works here was very disrespectful to me and my wife. When we walked into the restaurant, we were not in a good mood, and as we went to the front desk to order, no one said hello or how are you, they just stared at us. I had to order, but I was very uncomfortable because the way that the manager was talking was very rude and I felt like she was rushing me to get my order. I was obviously in bad shape, and I even said “I feel very disrespected”, and she had no response again, only blank stares. I said “I’m shaking”, showing her my hands shaking, feeling like I couldn’t trust her, and she said “well I hope you don’t turn, because we don’t have medical here”. We drove 5 hours and thought we would stop to have a burger so we ordered mom's burgers fries and water and what we got was a regular hamburger full of onions and pickles slices regular cheese on it The fries were very cold The place was filthy although they were renovating The bathrooms were disgusting I would never recommend this place again and nor would we ever go back and we will tell everybody what we experienced from this a&w this location, they also have the young guy at the cash register that didn't know how to even operate the cash register he didn't know what he was doing he wasn't trained at all, It's okay to get an order mixed up but when you get your order it's not what it's supposed to be and the fries are called that's...
