Jessy's Pizza Porters Lake — Restaurant in Porters Lake

I don’t usually review places when I haven’t got good things to say but this was so out of the ordinary for them to serve what I received tonight. I ordered medium donair pizza with some sauce on before cooking and they always send me a small sauce with it but tonight they said nope you have it on already. I said ok. I ordered 10$ worth of donair meat and I asked for an additional sauce other than the one that comes with it. He said nope none comes with it. And the little dish of donair meat for 10$ not including sauce. Wow I should have ordered a donair would have been a better deal and more meat and sauce incudes. So I think with the changes it’s showing they are just becoming greedy so I had to post. It’s a shame but it’s the little things when they start changing it usually means something and it’s never good! This is the smallest tin container the picture kinda makes it look bigger then it really is. So disappointed for 36+...

I don't leave reviews often but I believe these folks deserve one! I've ordered many things off of their menu and every time I am impressed with the quality and quantity. What's more is when you call there they always answer the phone with so much enthusiasm, happy to hear from you even! When you go into their shop, it's very clean, everybody is so upbeat and polite it's just an all-around positive experience! I have the same to say for the delivery service, always happy, Smiling and very polite. I don't know how far they deliver but I feel lucky I am Within their range, I've never waited more than 30/45 minutes for anything ever! I don't know how they do it but I'm just happy they keep doing it.

I ordered from Jessy's Pizza for the first time tonight, and it was cold. I had to heat it up in the oven. The taste was good but it's pretty disappointing considering we are a 4 minute drive from the store. Edit: the store manager called me very shortly after I made the review and gave me a full refund (either order the same thing for free or get a discount to the same value). They seemed genuinely upset that we were not happy with our order. I'm very happy with the quick response. Everyone has an off night so I will be ordering again, especially because they responded so quickly. Edit again: I ordered again last night and the pizza showed up hot and fresh.
