McDonald's — Restaurant in Prévost

I waited a *long time 15 mins in line outside after ordered Coffee ! Coffee was not warm or hot coffee and taste was WEAK COFFEE👎 I requested to the server by the window to change my 🥶 just warm coffee but REFUSED THÉ MANAGER CAME AND SHE AGREE WITH THE STAFF THAT WILL * NOT SÈRVE ANOTHER COFFEE. It was evening and the team seemed to concentrate on the drive thru orders only and took quite a while to get service at the counter. It looked like the employes we're very overwhelmed by all the orders that they had to process and to me it looked like manager was having a hard time directing his team through the rush. I understand being busy and short staff but at least acknowledging the clients at the counter would have helped rather it felt like the clients inside we're being ignored. It is weird for me to write a review on Mc Donalds, but coming from Montréal this is hands down the best Mc Donalds I have ever experienced. Sandwiches are just as advertised.
