December 14 2024. My husband and I ordered foods and young women step front of us, my husband asked her if she ordered food and she told us no I am a friend of the cook that wears the glasses! Then my husband said if you not order food could you get out because we are waiting for our foods ! She told us that ours food is not ready yet so she wanted to talk to her friends first and she was getting very rude to my husband. Your cook didn’t tell her to leave while he prepared ours foods. I don’t know that you allowed you employees to talked to their friends while they are cooking foods for customers or not. Super slow! 4 guys hanging around looked busy running around but basically did nothing. Waiting 25 minutes from lineup to actually getting my food. I was the third person in line. Meat guy keep cooking the meat that’s already cooked. Veggie guy running around trying to make a drink. Two other guys just walking around trying to clean or something. Finally the veggie guy start cooking then I got the cooked meat from sitting on the side for the past half an hour....

Went to order for my daughter, seen the one guy go to the washroom with his gloves on. He comes back with gloves still on. So I tell him as he took over the cooking and serving my order told him I don't want it anymore because he never changed his gloves. He says it's OK I washed my hands.
