McDonald's — Restaurant in Prince George

The accuracy of this McDonald’s is awful. In the past two months I have ordered 5 different times. Twice they got it right. I order on the app, so the error is with the staff preparing or packaging the food/orders. Although, they also have consistently attempted to give me other people’s order- in particular when making you wait in the special reserve spots to keep drive thru moving. Which is often filled double capacity and a risk hazard. The staff needs to be thinned. Sometimes it isn’t better to have a body there when they cause more issues. I would rather wait a little longer for an accurate order than get the wrong order most of the time. This location needs a different drive thru time expectation and support from HQ. Super disappointed in our late night take out, my family ordered skip the dishes , It taken the courier 15-20 ? Minutes to get there Plenty of time to get the workers to prep half decent food . My fish fillet was so hard I could barely bite into it

In the photo is me pinching it and it not crushing like how you would expect fish fillet to fall apart , also tried ripping it in half and the patty just bounced back haha! So I called the store asking what they’d like to do because now my patty is in the garbage and I waited 30 minutes for my order and only taken the courier 4 minutes from McDonald’s to my place I know because I watched my skip tracker because we are hungry 😂

Anyways finished that phone call than my son opened his meal and his chicken nuggets are just as hard & doesn’t want to touch it .

Really horrible experience. got my order wrong 3 times. Firstly, they put chicken sauce in the burger when I clearly mentioned not to put that in Secondly, they put the chicken in the burger instead of hash brown. I am a vegetarian person and they gave me chicken. Like seriously? can’t you guys hear properly? It was not a tough order. And , when we asked for the name of crew or the shift leader name then assistant manager at that time said we can’t tell the name of crew. this is not the first time that this had happened , earlier i had horrible experience with staff when she added chicken nuggets instead of fries in my order.
