Someone at any other Tim Hortons should show these people how the Mobil app works!! Every single time I come here I order on the app and then I go to the place at the counter that says “Mobil app pick up”. I wait there about 10 minutes and the girls at the front just look at me as they keep going to other customers that are in line. Finally after waiting 15-20 minutes I get in line with every one else wher I wait another 10 minutes and wait to be seen by one of the girls and when she ask’s me “can I help you?” I tell her I ordered online where she finally starts my order! I’m a truck driver and I drive from Calgary to Prince George and Calgary to Vancouver all the time and go to countless Tim Hortons and this is the only one out of all of them that don’t know how the app works!! The advertisement for the app said “skip the line” I’ve yet to skip the line yet at this place. I am from California and my daughter has been a student at UNBC. During her finals week I was remotely trying to order a special breakfast to be delivered to help her get through a particularly challenging day. I discovered that such orders cannot be made from outside of Canada.
I called the Tim Hortons on Ferry Avenue to ask what my options were and the phone was answered by the owner Sam Walker. After hearing my plight he personally went out of his way to make sure that my daughter got a hot power breakfast and a specialty coffee.

Read moreI experienced the most unprofessional attitude at this location today. First, we waited approximately 20 minutes for service - even though we were the only customer in line. There were plenty of staff members, but everyone avoided eye contact and most were just gossiping. When asked for the Manager, a staff member with name tag "Miths" stepped forward, said he is the Manager, very rudely told us that they are all working and I should contact Customer Service if there is a problem. We walked out of the store and went to a different location as Tim's has been our almost daily routine for 30+ years.
