Nelly’s Pub & Pizza — Restaurant in Prince George

Placed an order over the phone for delivery. After 1 hour and 15 minutes, I called to see what the ETA was and they told me they driver was just leaving. Nelly’s is a 10 minute drive from our house and it took them another 16 minutes. We asked the driver if they were busy and he said no. Opening our food to eat it was all cold around the edges and Luke warm in the middle. When I called back to suggest they maybe give people a courtesy call to let them know they are unable to deliver and offer us to come pick up our food because it was cold, I got the excuse that all the cars are stuck in the snow and they are extremely busy.. nice try the driver already told us it was busy, and the roads have been plowed. This pub is nothing special, but also not bad. The food is good, service okay, atmosphere is okay but sure does need some updating. The first time you need to use the bathroom here, you may feel a bit lost and wander down a back hallway a while, but you'll eventually find it. All around its a fine place to go, not the best, or worst. At least its a hell of a lot better than the westwood pub which truly sucks, and the food is better than the BX, but not as good as Browns social house.

Worst service ever at the pizza place. We've been burned there before having mess ups on orders here and there, and finding a hair in a dish befoew and we've given them the benefit of the doubt, but tonight was the final straw. I put in an order online and sent my husband to pick it up, after waiting over 20 at home he then waited another 20 minutes at the restaurant only to be told he would have to wait longer. They told him they don't hear online orders come in and obviously don't bother to check. So if you're wanting to order pizza and hope to pick it up in a timely manner, don't bother going here.
