McDonald's — Restaurant in Prince Rupert

I’ve never had a McDonalds employee disagree with me over an incorrect order before.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning to grab breakfast before heading out on the water. It was a larger order ($70-80) worth of breakfast first thing in the morning, so I wasn’t too upset when my other half noticed we were missing something. I walked in with my receipt, told the staff that we were missing one breakfast sandwich, and before I could even finish my sentence the worker told me “no, it’s in there, I just did that order.” I told him I had checked the bags before coming in, and he told me to “check again”. I left shaking my head, and sure enough we got back to the truck to double check and we were still missing a sandwich. I wasn’t gonna argue with him over one breakfast sandwich, because time was tight, but that level of confidence when this place already has so many complaints about incorrect orders is...

So i order using the app order does everything but let me notify im there and also pay with card,end up going in restaurant, end up reorder, have to pay full price cuz the app discounts are only for mobile app. So pay full price now wait in corner . Heres kicker my order from app was made and sitting there we waited for my coffee get order goto eat, alls basically warm certainly not fresh hot thats for sure. So Macdonalds Prince Rupert ...Because of that service 🙄 I have uninstalled app and will be going elsewhere period no drive through or walkin from me I am most certainly done with what I truly believe to be the worst restaurant Prince Rupert has bar none.. You should feel lucky I even gave a single star,its only cuz I couldnt get a half star rating...

It is still the best place to get job training. A little monitoring should always be a priority to keep the quality. A real sense of community among customers and crew. The place is relatively clean considering the traffic. Make sure you don't pack the espresso coffee grounds too hard. It can make the coffee taste burnt. Sometimes, my burgers and McMuffins are slapped together and look a little messy. I have had some eggshells in my McMuffins, so they need to be careful when in a rush. There is a glitch in the kiosks when I order one slice of cheese. It just says REM on the receipt, meaning remove, but it should say REM 1, so then I end up paying for a quarter pounder with cheese that has no cheese. lol, keep up the good work, though, and the smiles....
