I went to the Drive Thru to order, after I paid they told me to go wait in a parking spot and they will come give me my order. But, they forgot me, so I had to go inside the restaurant to get my order which was cold.

What’s the point of a drive thru if you have to park and go inside on your own?

I highly recommend that if the Cashier tells you to go park and wait for your order : Put your car on park and wait in front of the cashier.

Tres mauvais service a cause des restrictions du gouvernement pour le covid vous etes les seul a ouvrir le service au volant on peit meme pas rentrer pour commander a l interieur avec les obligation du masque on serait correct avec les loi si je compare avec les mc donald , tim horton, etc ... vous faite dur ca pas d allure et si on veut faire avec l application mobile comme vous voulez nous faire apprendre comme service elle ne fonctionne pas et j ai meme demander un commis (qui est venu porter une commende a un autre client) pourquoi on peut pas avoir l applications mobile il me repond pas trop intéressé a me repondre il me dit ces l applications ou servise a l auto ( et comme il avait trop de mon et le service trop lent )

Dont avec un decision comme ca de votre magasin de fast food vous etes tres perdant de cette facon d agir

Et j insiste a plusieur clients a vous abandonnes comme resto...
