An excellent address if you are looking for simple, yet well crafted and flavorful food. Each bite was delicious and well seasoned. While I’m a big foie gras fan, the star of the show was the vegetarian spinach gnocchi. OMG, it was amazing! The risotto was initially supposed to be served with lobster but it was substituted by scallops due to it no longer being available. While it was good, the flavors of the lobster stock used for the risotto clashed with the delicate and saltiness flavors of the scallops. I would not recommend that dish unless you are able to enjoy it as intended. The restaurant is inside the Hilton DoubleTree hotel and serves as the breakfast hall. The seating is not very comfortable and the design is, well, modern hotel-esque. The service was acceptable but not to the level of the food. The wine list was well balanced and priced — a welcomed change.

Christine was an accommodating waitress, very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu with good recommendations. The food was so far beyond what I thought it would be… the beef with roasted vegetables was mouth watering, tasteful and melted like butter in my mouth. I was shocked and my compliments to the chef! Wonderful atmosphere, 5 star all around! I’d return and have this meal 7 days out of the week. Thanks!

Breakfast was included with the hotel room but was kind of poor in choices . Just two options , everything else would be extra. Nice personal though. One more thing here , I was asked to pay for service at the end . Not a biggie but not sure why wasn't included. The restaurant is nice decorated inside but the exterior patio/ terrace need upgrade .

Really delicious food on a small but refined menu. We ate here for two nights on a snowmobiling adventure, and the atmosphere manages to be both cozy and refined, with many guests staying at the attached hotel for snow sports during the day.

It is a 3-course prix fixe menu. The "fondue" (which they tell you in advance are like fancy fried cheese) is the best appetizer, but the salad is nice as well. The risotto is very well-executed and is topped with tender slices of duck. The quail has the best flavor of any entree and is very savory, which pairs well with the cranberries. I also tried the salmon tartare, which is nice and has a beautiful presentation. The desserts are all forgettable, with the "bretzel" being the best, but with a totally unbalanced, one-note flavor (CHOCOLATE).

Really nice experience for those on a winter adventure, but looking for good,...
