The Frozen Shoppe — Restaurant in Quinte West

We had a fantastic treat at The Frozen Shoppe yesterday! The star of the show was definitely their soft serve with the flavor burst option.

It's a brilliant idea - the flavor isn't just a swirl, it's applied to the outside and has a stripe throughout the middle! This ensured every single bite was packed with flavor, which is a huge win in my book.

The shop offers a great selection and there's something for everyone. We'll definitely be back to try the other dipped cone options and maybe even explore some different flavor bursts!

This place does not disappoint! Decided to take a detour here during my road trip and got the Butter Tart Tower Fuzion cup. It had big chunks of butter tart swirled into delicious high quality ice cream. Highly recommend! And the two girls working behind the counter were super hospitable, and patient while I made up my mind. They even asked about my travels and what brought me in. If you’re a local or a traveler, this is certainly a spot to check out. It’s also a two minute drive to the Trent-Severn Waterway, which has beautiful picnic seating to enjoy your ice cream...

This little ice-cream shop is an absolute gem! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the friendliest staff. The space is cozy and charming - perfect for a casual treat or a fun stop with the kids.

They have a great mix of flavors but bonus points for their dairy-free options!
