Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Quinte West

The Timmies Drive-Thru at the Ultramar on County Rd 33 has the best crew in all of Trenton! I'm surprised by the odd negative review I see here, but let me assure you... Those are the very rare exceptions, not the rule. Lori, the Manager, and her core team of ladies never fail to give efficient, fast and friendly service day in and day out. And the newer staff have that same passion for great customer service. I know this to be true because I am a frequent customer to this location, having stopped there at least twice a week, every week for the last two years. That's over 200 trips through their Drive-Thru! And in all of those visits, they only got my drink wrong one time. ONE TIME out of 200! And when I brought it back to their counter, they happily exchanged it for me. That is not an easy standard of excellence to achieve! Did I mention they are also fast? Even with a super long line of cars, you'll be getting your coffee and breakfast sandwich at their window in hardly any time at all. Plus they get the vanilla dip donuts right! Lol! Can't say that for every location. So make it a one stop shop. Get your gas, your scratch tickets and your coffee all in one place... The Timmies...

Not a fan of Tim Hortons. They just never get my order right. I order the breakfast wrap. They always put that special sauce on even though I ask them not to. when I drive away and take a few bites I think to myself why did they put that sauce on it is horrible for me. I end up throwing the wrap out.

The donuts look very appetizing but they don't taste that good and certainly not worth the calories. The consumers can tell they are premade rebaked and then glazed or iced.

Tim Hortons has introduced way too many products They are too many things to too many people but don't seem to do anything well. Other than their coffee.

the staff are very pleasant but I don't think they are happy I get a very different feeling when I go to Starbucks....

Not a bad place, but not necessarily the friendliest staff. Only used the drive thru. Their intercom system is terrible so there's a lot of yelling back and forth and having to repeat your order more than once because they say they aren't hearing what you are saying. Make sure to watch the order board so your order is accurate. Certain drinks aren't available here because they say they don't make them. (Ie cold brew drinks) I would say, overall, it's a busy place as it's right at a gas station along a busy stretch of road. If not,with everything going on, I don't know that it would be as busy. Seems like the staff, not all but enough, could use a revamp and better customer skills 🙄 It's a typical Hortons for the most part,...
