Canadian pizza unlimited & Pasta — Restaurant in Red Deer

We ordered online yesterday to pick for 2 pizza and some wings at 12:15pm. It was so clear on our receipt that we ordered thin crust donair pizza but we got a regular one. I called the guy at around 12:30pm to ask about it and he laughed at me and said that it was thin crust so I told him it’s the same dough as the other pizza, he laughed again and said it is thin crust it’s just “FLUFFY”. What on earth is a thin fluffy crust?? And why would you laugh at the customer for verifying the wrong order they received and giving false information instead of owning your mistake and apologizing that you messed up the order. You need a way better customer service and nicer people.

UPDATE: April 17th - the day after the order. The manager called us and apologized for what happened and offered to give us a free pizza which is the actual THIN crust! It’s nice of him to follow up on this that’s why I changed it from 1...

MUCH IMPROVED SINCE OPENING. Initially they were super skimpy with the cheese (went there opening week), the last 2 times I was there they were generous with the cheese and toppings and pizza was cooked to a good level of doneness.
