Pinch Of Spice Red Deer — Restaurant in Red Deer

We are long time customers that have highly recommended Pinch of Spice to many friends. We are a large family that was looking forward to a delicious take out meal on Thanksgiving. One family member saw a special through Uber, (that we would pick up ourselves) so we placed our order that way. Another family member picked up the order. When the food was brought out, we were missing 2 items. A $20.00 value MISSING. We notified the restaurant immediately, and were willing to go back for our items. Very unfortunately we were told since it was through Uber there was nothing they could do. It was clearly the restaurant's mistake, as no 3rd party had touched/delivered our food. Not a way to keep customers loyal, especially in a city with many other Indian food options. Food was good, but we want a credit for the $20.00 we were ripped off. Ordered the following from here to takeout. Asked for medium spicy. After 20mins of drive home, it was made sween, not one but all the curries and noodles. Called the store they said they'll replace it amd gave my name and number. After 4 days (today) I went there, and they totally denied saying anything. Staff was rude, but polite with others. Stop being Racist. Attached is the receipt we ordered. Update (03/02/2023) Thank you for the detailed response. When we called the store for the messed up order, lady said they'll replace all three order, noodles, and 2 curries. And yes staff was rude and came outside to tell us rudely started arguing. Then said they can replace it but after seeing the review the said now "review is already up and we cannot replace because you post a review on google". I don't think that is professional. Ordered food for delivery for the first time. Being an Indian myself I know taste of all curries. I ordered paneer butter masala and I think they gave us Shahi paneer. Gravy was watery, taste was okay. Ordered garlic naan but they gave plain naan with turmeric on it. My frozen naan tastes better than that. I am not exaggerating this a bit. Will never order food for here. Why do these Indian restaurant think they can just serve one type of curry to all? They can fool non Indians but not Indians. Secondly I have sensitive stomach to stale food. As soon as I ate their paneer butter masala and naan, my stomach got upset. I am pregnant, just hoping this food doesn't give me food poisoning.
