Broadway Garden Restaurant — Restaurant in Redcliff

We went as a large family as we do once every couple of years. The service was pretty low key and getting water was pretty hard to get let alone coffee refilled. When we all went up to the buffet and sat to eat I found a small black hair deep fried into the dry ribs. I thought it wasn't a big deal and just mentioned it to my family. Then not even two minutes later my wife found a massive hair deep fried into a chicken ball. She couldn't get it out as it was fried into it. She then started puking because it was so disgusting! I went up and told the lady who was very young and didn't do anything or even offer service. Before we complained we saw the cooks bringing out new food with no hairnets. Then after we complained the women up front started bringing them from the back. They also did not have hair nets. I will never return...

So we haven't ordered chinese food in a couple years and have had good experiences in the past. We stopped ordering from Broadway a few years ago and went with another local restaurant that was much better but it recently closed down. I must say I was totally disappointed with the food we got. Just about everything was way overcooked as the egg rolls, prawns, and almond chicken were almost burnt. the fried rice was dried out like it had been under a heat lamp too long. Not going to be ordering from them anytime soon and will be looking for another restaurant to patronize. This food was next to terrible especially for the price...

I am giving you 2 stars, only because of past loyalty. We have supported you for great food in the past, HOWEVER, your quality of food has diminished so drastically in the past few months, that I would have to call it Tasteless slop, and not fit to be sold to the public.
