1 star because service was bad. The girl at the counter could not stop laughing at whatever was going on between her and the other employee. I had to keep repeating our order because she kept laughing and turning around. As I’m there telling her our ice cream flavors she would turn to laugh and completely ignore me while turning back and saying is that everything? I’m like no.. I’m in the middle of talking actually.. at one point I had to ask her what was going on and if she was laughing at us.. man so awkward! Living meme of secretary doesn’t care if you live or die lol!! On top of that the “hard” ice cream came out half melted before it left the counter and all 3 of my kids said the bubblegum ice cream tasted like medicine. Won’t be back and...

Good food and coffee, has so much potential to be amazing. They would benefit a ton by adding some more seating, especially by the nice big window. Also it’s really quiet in there with no music playing, feels awkward (it’s a coffee shop, put a Spotify playlist on a few Bluetooth speakers). Needs much larger menus displayed on the big wall so you can read them easily. The tiny menu when you walk in stalls you, if you notice it, and makes you squint in the middle of the store. People can’t figure out how to order and are coming in and leaving because of the menu situation. Outside is nice, again, could put some music on it would draw people in. Sara’s is the best!! Visited this summer and enjoyed some unique flavours of ice cream sundaes that I haven’t seen anywhere else, and they were delicious. Lots of outdoor seating, friendly service, and overall an adorable Regina Beach stop that you won’t want to miss. I’ve also enjoyed lots of Sara’s custom baking for many years, including custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies (both personal orders and through friends). She creates beautiful custom designs with top quality baking for prices you can’t beat! She delivers and is very easy to communicate with. It’s become a tradition to order cupcakes from her for my birthday each year and I always look forward to how beautiful and yummy they are....
