Two words. Authentic heart. 1 cook in the kitchen, 1 in the front area to serve. New restaurant with so much Heart in preparing the food❤️ I see the chef giving her ALL in replicating Authentic Vietnam in her meals. From the rare specialty greens like perilla leaves or fish mint to eat with Bun Cha Ha Noi to the steamed chives and beansprouts with the Bun Rieu to preparing Che Duong Nhan, (A Vietnamese beauty drink, combining bird's nest with snow lotus or snow fungus is a type of traditional tonic, often made with ingredients like bird's nest, snow lotus seed, peach gum, and white fungus, that is consumed for its benefits in promoting collagen, skin radiance, immunity, and overall wellness.) I have deep appreciation for the Chef's love in her culinary creations ❤️ I sense they are still in transition and require much patience and encouragement from their customers as they navigate such a small team with hectic busy lunch rush. The Chef brought one of my dishes out and Her genuine smile and super limited english just made me fall in love with her 🥹 I could feel her pouring her all into making each dish with care, attention and love. I did feel my Bun Rieu could do with more broth. My husband felt his Hu Tieu Nam Vang could use more broth as well! the flavors were authentic and service was with much Love and Care 💞💞💞 I do hope Boba Tea Regina Flourishes and Prospers as their customers find this hidden little gem near the...
Read moreI'm so disappointed. After coming here a few times for bún mắm at lunch with my husband, I've decided to introduce my siblings here. That was a big mistake. Service for supper on a Sunday night was extremely slow. We ordered a total of 7 dishes, and it probably took an hour for everything to come out. 2 of the same dish came out 20 minutes apart. I don't think the kitchen is capable of handling a big order. Two of the front staff was on their phone a lot, even though there was a table that could've been bussed. They didn't deal with it until they had to when a big group came in. Food-wise, the presentation was beautiful, but not everything described in the menu was included in the actual dish. My sisters were a bit underwhelmed with the taste. I tried a new dish and it was okay, not bad, just okay. I don't think I'll be back unless I am really craving bún mắm (something I don't like...
Read moreBun Mam, a Vietnamese noodle dish, is a relatively rare find in Regina, SK. My family and I recently dined at this restaurant and were very pleased with our experience. The dish was authentically prepared, showcasing all the traditional elements. The portion size was generous, accompanied by a good variety of fresh vegetables, and offered good value for the price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, readily offering extra broth and vegetables at no additional cost. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. One minor suggestion for improvement would be to provide easier access to napkins, as we found ourselves needing more than were readily available. Overall, we had a very positive...
