KFC — Restaurant in Regina

I went to drive through to order, No response and nobody was answering. I rolled to the window and couldn't find any staff. As soon as notice that they are chatting at the counter and i waived at them. She did not like it and started accusing me saying that I should wait for 3-5 minutes. I apologize for driving my car and I waited for food. She told me to move the car and wait few more minutes as they do not started preparing the meal.i waited for 5 minutes then 10 minutes no one comes out with food. I went back to drive through again and asked for food and she was upset for me not waiting and she gave the excuse that staff didn't want to come out because it's cold. It is +6 outside today. I have delt with this kfc for a long and since there has been total change of staffing there the food and service is in the toilet! I have been hung up on, talked to rudely. My orders are never totally filled, I’ve ordered small fries, never get them, ordered dark meat in a dinner and it’s been white meat, this last order was a festive sandwich nothing else and small gravy. The chicken hardly filled the bun was so dry it was hard to chew, never got gravy and could hardly see stuffing and there was some red but nothing resembling cranberry sauce. Anyone I talkto have had multiple problems at that location and have said they won’t be back. One time I was waiting for a family bucket, was watching the fella filling an order, he dropped a piece bent and picked it up and put in the order. Been here a few times (closest kfc to my house) and everytime I come, I have to wait for my food to be made and it’s between the time of 5-7pm I’m sorry but that’s supper time they should have chicken on the fly it’s fast food not a restaurant, and when I wait I don’t get asked if I want a drink or anything while I wait. customer satisfaction is not here! I ordered two chicken breast small fries and gravy only got one chicken breast and a rib soo I called back the next day and they tried to tell me that I got two chicken breast sooo I had toke a picture and they had nothing to say but were only gonna give me one chicken breast, I’m sorry but that’s really wasting my time I should get the hole meal for free that’s customer satisfaction!
