I came in here around 4.20 PM with my boyfriend, we ordered 2 drinks, I went to the bus stop to catch the bus I still had 10 minutes until the bus comes and took a sip of my drink and it tasted like hot water and realized I grabbed the wrong drink so I went back in there and the right drink was still sitting there so I grabbed that and one of the employees said, "did you just order two drinks" and I said "yeah" and then they said "I'm sorry I charged you for a third drink I'll give you a refund". So we go to the till and she say's "I'll give it to you in cash okay? " and I said "okay" (we paid debit), so the drink was 6.65 and she passes me a 5 dollar bill and 2 quarters and walked away and I called her back and said I need 1.15 still and she grabs the 5 out of my hand and passes me 85 cents and walks away again and then a guy working there comes and looks at the till and says so its 5.91(i think) before tax so I owe you what and I put the change down and said It was 6.65 than he asks someone we give them the tax back too? Then he takes the change gives me a 5 dollar bill and 60 cents and walked away and then the original cashier comes and I say I just got 5.60 instead of 6.65 and than she went near the drive thru area grabbed me a loony and she apologized again and seemed friendly but I missed the bus, and was still 5 cents short. Read moreDecided to check out the new Starbucks with my friend on Saturday. He has never been to one so he wanted to check it out. I ordered 2 simple flavoured coffee drinks for us to go and we went to sit down to wait for them. I got my drink quite fast and it was very good, but we ended up waiting 15 minutes for my friend's drink. Had to go to up to the counter to ask about the second one after seeing several other people who were behind me in line getting their beverages right away. The place was not very busy with customers and there were plenty of baristas working that day so there was no excuse for the delay. The barista running the till I talked to gave me a confused look about the second beverage even though she just rang my order through the till minutes before. The drink was quickly made and brought to our table, but by then I was finished with my beverage and he was not. Friendly staff but not so great service. Read moreI went to this location to order a drink . I have a medical mask exemption from my Saskatchewan registered doctor. The Provincial Health Order requires businesses to comply with all clauses of the sask health order. One of those clauses states that medically exempt people are not required to wear a mask in public and when as a patron. This Starbucks location owner does not care about fully complying with the provincial order. But just picking parts of the order that best suits it’s needs. I presented my exemption letter and a copy of the sask health order to the employees of this location and was told my health exemption is not honored at this Starbucks store. The owner of this business does not deserve my money or others money as the owner does not follow the laws of Saskatchewan in relation to this Provincial Heath Order.
