Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Regina

Tim Hortons on Parliament Ave is the worst in Regina, SK. Went through the drive-thru for one steeped tea and an iced coffee. Was told the steeped tea would be a couple mins and to move ahead. There was a line up behind us, so we pulled into the parking lot and parked right outside the doors, so a staff member could run out easily. We waited and my husband says, "I think they forgot about us". I assured him that it is probably freshly brewing, so we patiently waited. Over 10 mins went by and I ran inside to inquire and a male staff member tried to offer me a orange pekoe tea instead because it has the same taste as a steeped tea. I declined, as the tea was for my husband. I can see the girls laugh it off and quickly gave me the steeped tea with no apology (April 15). My husband returned on April 17 for 2 hot beverages and 2 sandwiches which came to $17.96, he gave $20 cash and didn't realize until after he got home that he was only give 5 cents in change. He said the lady working the drive thru practically threw the food at him and was rude. I really do not know why my husband continues to go to this location. WORST STAFF - RUDE STAFF Ripping off customers with more money then the actual order!!!

I ordered 4 cold beverages and a beyond meat sandwich, I also ordered cup of water with less ice inside the store. I was shocked when they charged me tim bits money for my cup of water. I asked them I did not ordered any tim bits why you are charging me money for tim bits, the supervisor on duty told me that they will charge me for the cup of water I ordered. When someone orders cup of water in drive thru they never charged me any money but in store they were shouting at me and it was very embarrassing. Further when I wanted to talk to the supervisor about this and when I asked for my receipt she threw the receipt and said do what you want. She also said if you want to complain my manager go ahead. I was embarrassed for just a little thing. My order was 25$ something and yet still charged me 96 cents for cup of water. I am not mad at 96 cents but they are ripping off customers. I took my dad there on Dec13 around 1:30. I ordered a Herb and Garlic pastries for myself and something else for my old dad. It was my first time to have herb and garlic pastries and it was cold. It directly came out from the fridge. I thought this is the way that they serve. My dad asked me to buy same pastries for him. I told him it wasn’t tasty it was cold and I didn’t like it. He said he was going to try. I ordered one for him and I was surprised as it was totally hot! I brought my concern to staff. There was a man with a red shirt he was so rude to me. Keep interrupting and mocking me. He said :”you eat the food and I can’t do anything! “ so rude! unbelievable! Even when I was talking to supervisor he still interrupted me.
