Can't speak to actual food or food service as the treatment by staff was so rude that I left. After being on the road for several hours, went in to use restroom and get coffee.
Two women ahead of me came out and both said there was no toilet paper in the restrooms so I got the attention of a kid making tidbits and asked if he could get it addressed. He left, came back and said that someone would be right out to take care of it.
5 minutes later, with now a line of customers waiting for the restroom to be restocked, a woman behind me got his attention again to ask if someone was coming. She was immediately rudely snapped at by a woman in the back that "she was taking care of it". Same woman, clearly angry about having to do work, then appeared with one roll, I mentioned to her that there's two stalls needing to be stocked...apparently that information was not well received as she proceeded to snarl at me that no one told her - like there'd be a line of people waiting if one stall was usable...
She proceeded to make snotty comments and be rude to myself and the other women, to the extent...
Read moreI went through the drive thru waited my turn, at the speaker I sat and within a moment a man said "hello" so I said "hello, can I get a small iced cap, that's everything thank you". To which I was given a total and told to pull ahead. At the window scanned my points card, tapped my debit card, the lady bid me a good day, I started to drive away and then heard "wait, wait, wait the card didn't go through" so I stopped and got out to retap my debit card and again it refused to go through. I was confused and needed a moment to figure out the issue. I was told rather abruptly to "just go, you are holding up my line". I exited the drive thru and parked my car. Went into the store waited 15 minutes in line to get to the cashier. I told the lady there very briefly why I was there that I'd like to pay for my drink. She rang it up and I paid, it went through without issue and I was able to leave. Not sure why one terminal refused my card and another had no issue but I was disappointed with the attitude of the drive thru staff and how I was spoken to when things were not...

Think Dunkin’ Donuts, but cleaner, more polished, and with a broader selection. Tim Hortons lives up to its hype with a bright, well-stocked bakery case full of classic donuts, Timbits, cookies, muffins, croissants, and more. Even for someone who doesn’t drink coffee, it’s clear this place draws serious loyalty—the double drive-thru lanes were packed, and the line inside was steady.
Service was fast and friendly despite the crowd. Standouts in the pastry case include the frosted “Brookies” (brownie-cookie hybrids), maple-glazed donuts, and old-fashioned plain Timbits. Everything looked fresh, with plenty of options whether you’re after sweet or savory.
If you’re on the road and want a reliable stop with better-than-average coffee shop fare, Tim...
