They really downsized the place. Food still not hot. Staff takes the patties and all other stuff with bare hands no gloves. Could never understand especially during a pandemic how they get away with that. Extremely poorly organized. Waited 15 minutes to get my order. This place requires new management. 2 Big Mac's must have been prepared yesterday as they were cold. So called beef patties dry and crumpbly. Really not worth even 2.00$ for this - will not use the word but something that should be in the toilet. Worse McDonalds that I have ever had. J'y vais depuis 5 ans et j'en ai assez. Il n'est pas difficile de prendre une commande, de la préparer et de la servir. Je crois vraiment qu'ils font exprès de se tromper dans ma commande parce qu'ils entendent mon accent anglais quand je commande en français. La direction n'est pas qualifiée pour diriger. En aucun cas une personne qui travaille ici ne devrait terminer son service en pensant qu'elle a fait du bon travail ce jour-là. Vous êtes constants dans votre mauvais travail et c'est embarrassant. Si c'est difficile de faire un hamburger au poulet, démissionnez. Je veux que vous sachiez que vous êtes les pires. This location gets every drive through order wrong, just don't wast your time ordering here. This is my only option in the area and I am stuck with these incompetent workers. I have been going there for 5 years and I've had it. It's not hard to take an order, make that order and serve that order. I truly believe they do it on purpose to get my order wrong because they hear my english accent when I order in french. Management is unqualified to lead. As far as McDonald's go, this is my favorite one.. the food doesn't taste the same at all of them, and here the burgers are consistenly better than at other restaurants.. online ordering, or ordering on the computer on-site, making it easy to add extra salad or sauce or onions in your burger.. generally friendly staff - only negative i find that with the new ordering systems, it can be hard to get the attention from someone as they are usually turned away from the counter...
