Like most places these days it's hit or miss. Consistency is an issue regardless of whether you go to a chain like McD's or somewhere like Pepe's, but with that being said, when they are on the ball, it's a pretty good pizza place and has been a solid alternative after getting fed up dealing with Pizza Sema going downhill for several years and their shady ownership and Tre Colori's disgusting greasy soaked boxes of congealed excuse for pizzas.
Be warned that the 2 for 1 is in fact, not really 2 for 1 as in most cases, there's a bit of swindle here. If you order a pizza, say 30$ for example, you'd expect to pay 30$ + tax and receive 2 pizzas, but instead, you're just paying for 2 pizzas (they may be two different kinds with two different prices) for the price of whichever one is more expensive, which again, it's the way most places do it but deceptive nonetheless.
Lastly, they recently changed the way their do their dough for some reason and it's a little less powdery/sweet, which is fine, but I preferred it the other way, it has a nice flavour to it.
Pepe's isn't the cheapest, but their quality and taste are the best in the...
Read moreThis was my first visit & it was frustrating as I had ordered 2 Large Pizzas and both Pizzas had hairs in them and hairs means not one or two but bunch of hairs. Imagine spending over $50/- for throwing them in the Trash. As I don’t live anywhere close otherwise I would have brought them back. Definitely not going back. After checking your response I must say if you keep the same kind of attitude and quality the day is not far when you would be opening a “Hair Salon” and shutting this place down. Don’t get offended with the honest reviews. I hope you would rather improve your quality of service and...
Read moreOrdered 2x 14" pizzas (All Dressed Deluxe, Chicken Thai) and a poutine, came out to nearly 60$ ! For that price I expect some pretty kick-ass pizza.
So it's a heavy box, should be pretty filling, but once we got home, we noticed this 14" pizza was really more 5" of crust all around and very little toppings. The weight seems to come more from the grease soaked dough. Crust underdone to boot, now we've all got bad stomach aches after 1 slice of each pie.
Save your money and go to Sema Pizza in Chambly - way better (and cheaper!)...
