I ordered using the mobile application, when arriving, the order not ready, the stuff doesnât know how to check for order online. I had to wait 30 minutes for a the bagel and I had to do the line and wait another minutes to talk to another person who didnât know how to check the order online at the reception. Finally she asked for help but everyone ignored her. Finally after some minutes someone come to help her and they didnât found the order ( even the order disappear after waiting lot of time ). It took me more than 30 minutes to get simple order ( bagel & cofee ) that I ordered online using the application to avoid waiting, but finding my self in confusion and lost more time.
