Subway — Restaurant in Richelieu

I went this evening and I’ve arrived at precisely 9:50 pm, and the door was locked. This place closes at 10:00 pm every day of the week. The lights were on, and I could see the employee behind the counter. I’ve tried to knock on the door, waving at him, tried to open the door few times, in order to ask if it was closed but the employee never looked at me, never even raised his head to look at the door. When he knew for sure that there was someone at the door. He could have at least acknowledged my presence and the fact that I was there. I wanted to get 2 or 3 sandwiches for mine and my kids lunches for tomorrow. It’s very disappointing and limit disrespectful to completely ignore the presence of a customer, especially when it’s 10 minutes prior to closing time. I always go to this Subway but now I don’t really feel like going back there, with those kind of employees who are deciding to close the restaurant before the actual closing time and ignores their customers who are trying to get a...

Very poor service. This is the second time I've been poorly served here. Although the placed still had 1h30 before closing, I, and the other clients lined up, felt like we were being rushed out.

The manager or assistant manager was very curt and kept referring to closing tasks. The younger staffer seemed very nice and capable. Too bad she wasn't in charge.

They didn't turn on the grill so no grilled wrap. The fountain drinks was closed and more Brisk in the fridge.

Vous avez bien lu! 0 étoile ! Je viens tout juste de sortir de cet endroit, à Richelieu, où j'ai reçu le plus mauvais service à vie. ZÉRO bonjour à l'arrivée ! Pas de sourire non plus !!! Et oui, même derrière un masque on peut voir un sourire! Je passais une commande pour 3 personnes; mon conjoint, ma petite fille et moi. La jeune fille marmonne, je lui demande de répéter à quelques reprises.... En échange, je reçois soupirs et paires de yeux à son collègue !!!! Je me contenais puisque ma petite fille était là ! Même pas eu la gentillesse de s'adresser à elle directement. Comme elle mettait un peu de temps à se décider, j'ai dû endurer d'autres soupirs à n'en plus finir..... Nous étions pourtant seules dans le resto. ..... Vraiment en 2021, c'est inacceptable de garder de tels employés ! Pour ma part, c'est terminé ! J’irai dorénavant à Chambly quitte à manger...
