Last week I went to the drive-through to pick up a coffee before work. It took 25 minutes to get to the window although there were only 5 cars in front of me and 5 more minutes to pay because the girl was taking more orders. When I mentionned very calmly that it took way too long, the 'manager' (or so she called herself) pushed the girl aside and started yelling at me, telling me the girl did what she could. I tried to tell her that it was just a comment that she should take into account, but she would not let me speak; she raised her voice at me and then opened the coffee and poured it on the ground outside the window with a defying look on her face, saying I am the manager here. Then she looked at my face, smiling, crossed her arms and stepped back. I told her that I had paid for a coffee and that I was not leaving without. She went to get another one, taking all her sweet time, spit in it (I saw her do it) and then held on to the cup when I took it, yelling "BONNE JOURNÉE, LÀ, MADAME FRUSTRÉE"!
If this girl is indeed a manager, then her problem resolutions skils are next to nonexistent. I am never going back there OR to any Tim Hortons, for that matter, because that problematic has become too...

Doors locked, employees inside could clearly see me at the door and just ignored me. In that short period of time that I was there at least 3 other clients left as we could not even place an order. While I searched the web to see why they were not open an employee came out for a smoke. As soon as he saw me I called out to him for info he quickly walked away, again totally ignoring me. You decide whether it's worth even...
